Thank you for your interest in the Apple Job Task Analysis Survey. The survey has reached its limit of 1000 respondents and is now closed. (If you have a survey already in progress, proceed to finish it and it will be accepted.) If you have questions or comments regarding Apple's training or certification programs, please send them to abouttraining@apple.com.
This Job Task Analysis Survey presents a series of tasks relevant to your work role, and asks you how frequently you perform each task, how important the task is to your job, and how competent you must be to perform the task successfully. You can provide additional feedback about each task in the Comments field. Please respond thoughtfully and carefully to ensure that future Apple training reflects the tasks that you have identified as vital to your job.
As a thank-you for completing this survey and providing useful information about your job tasks, you will receive a voucher for one free Apple Mac OS X certification exam of your choice (valid for exams administered in Prometric Testing Centers only). You can expect to receive your voucher within 6 weeks, and it will remain valid until December 31, 2007.
To participate in this survey, you must be fluent in English and experienced in one of these Mac OS X and/or Xsan-related job functions: system administrator or engineer, technical coordinator or computer lab administrator, technical help desk or phone support agent, or technical consultant or VAR.
NOTE: Please complete the survey only ONCE, and please note that ONLY ONE VOUCHER WILL BE GRANTED PER PERSON. Vouchers will NOT be granted for incomplete surveys. If you get disconnected from the survey server, or if you choose to quit, and resume at a later time, you will be able to pick up where you left off, as the survey system will place a cookie in your web browser to track your progress. Therefore, if you do fail to complete the entire survey and wish to resume, please use the same computer to do so.
